Pastor Pulliam

In 1988, at the age of nineteen, Pastor Pulliam was beautifully called into the ministry of preaching and has continued to serve the people of God. In 1993, he was ordained as Elder by the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Inc. and in 2007 was confirmed as District Elder for the state of Alabama. At the 2016 National Convention of the PCAF he was consecrated as Bishop of the state of New Mexico. On July 6, 2003, he was installed as Pastor of Apostolic Church Inc. in Decatur, AL. Bishop Pulliam attributes his growth and maturity in the word of God to his pastor and teacher Bishop Walter McBride.

Bishop Pulliam considers service to be the ultimate call and he continues to actively and avidly do so in multiple roles in both the church and his community.

Currently, he is serving as the Diocesan bishop of the state of New Mexico and Middle and East Tennessee of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Inc. He is also the chairman of the Alabama/Tennessee/Georgia Regional Conference of the PCAF.  He is the founder and president of Southwest Decatur Community Development Corporation.

In April 1994, Pastor Pulliam was beautifully joined in holy matrimony to Tracy Wilson, MD of Jackson, Mississippi, and their family currently reside in Huntsville, Alabama.

They are blessed with three wonderful children: Joshua, Jonathon, II, and Carla. It is Bishop Pulliam’s heartfelt and most sincere belief, “Except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it; except the Lord keeps the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” Psalm 127:1
